Hi! I'm Amy and mama to 4 kids! I have a 7 year old girl, 6 year old boy, 4 year old boy and 9 month old boy! I have been married to Kody for 10 years in March. We love picking up to go to the zoo, grab ice cream at Morgan's, bake up cinnamon rolls, swim in the pool and play outside.

My FIT4MOM journey began in June 2017 when I attended my first class with a 6 month old in tow. I bought the teacher pass after seeing a friend promote it online. I loved the mom connection, challenging workout and something to do with my baby everyday so I went to every class that summer. I became in awe of The Village that surrounded me. Going back to school in August I missed the workouts, community, and support. In November 2018 I decided to quit teaching to build a FIT4MOM close to my hometown, Cleburne. My husband and four kids have supported me every step of the way to bring FIT4MOM to the community of Burleson and Crowley! The Grand Opening began June 26, 2019 and we have been creating community through workouts ever since!

I am SO excited and honored to be a co-owner of FIT4MOM Fort Worth. I am thrilled to spread the magic of FIT4MOM through cowtown. I look forward to meeting you mama whether in baby stages, toddler, elementary kid years or an empty nester. This village is for every stage and age of motherhood!
