My name is Ally! My husband, Justin, and I have been together for three years and counting. We’ve been friends since high school and now have the world’s cutest boy, Roddney, who will turn one in September 2025. Our little family enjoys going on walks, listening to Dad play guitar, and golfing together!

I joined F4M Winter Run Club three months postpartum after a cesarean. I found F4M online, loved the idea of having a group to keep me consistent—and ended up gaining so much more. In just five months, I’ve completed two Run Clubs, which have given me: a safe place to work out, a knowledgeable instructor who teaches you how to listen to my body, accountability, encouragement from other moms, and meaningful friendships.

Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, Roddney and I love attending stroller classes and truly enjoy our time with our village!
