Alli Tibbits

Stroller Barre

Hello! My name is Alexandria Tibbets, but I go by Alli. I am a wife to my husband Carson and the proud mama of a funny, social, and car-loving little boy, Levi. Since graduating college in 2022, I have been a private flute lessons instructor for numerous schools around the FWISD, so I love teaching! After 3 years of marriage, my husband and I decided to pursue health and fitness together, which lead me to FIT4MOM.

As a new mom, I was searching for a community to do life and get healthy with that could relate to my situation more as a young mom. Once I started classes it didn’t take long for me to realize how special this group of women was.

About a month into my FIT4MOM journey my health became a major obstacle. For years I struggled with a chronic illness but shortly after joining it got worse. It made simple tasks such as walking, standing, and moving my arms a huge challenge. I stopped attending classes for a couple months and debated quitting out of fear that I couldn’t keep up with the workouts and/or that I’d be judged for being gone so long. One day, I received a friendly text from one of the FIT4MOM owners inviting me back to a class. I expressed my concerns and she made me feel completely validated and comfortable with a slow return. I was welcomed back with open arms by loving mamas who genuinely cared for me and my well being and helped me slowly rebuild my strength. I felt so safe!

Despite never getting an official diagnosis, and still struggling with my health, I have regained my confidence, positivity, and passion for fitness and connection. I decided to become an instructor because I want to help women focus on themselves, make friends, and be strong examples for their kiddos!

Join me for a stroller barre class! I’d love to meet you!
