Run Club +: Accountability, Speed, Endurance
Take your running to the next level with Run Club+, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
Run Club+ will meet on Tuesday mornings for Body Ignite strength training and Saturday mornings for group runs. Spring session will begin Tuesday March 18 with Body Ignite. Kick Off and our first group run will be Saturday March 22 at 6:30AM. Our final run, and what we will be training for, will be at the Tacos Y Cerveza on May 10 in Fort Worth.
