How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Memberships will be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 months out of every calendar year. Our system auto-prorates payments so no paid membership is lost. All hold requests need to be received through the following form 14 days before the next billing date:

Memberships can be canceled after three full months of payments. All Cancellations need to be received through the following form 14 days before the next billing date. Once payments are processed, there are no refunds.
