Mini Strides is a favorite of both mamas and littles! Join us for a "mini Stroller Strides class", where your child will get to participate, just like they see their mamas do every week!

Bring a push toy from home like a stroller, shopping cart, or lawn mower, and we will do the rest! Join us for a fun mommy and me stroller class before hand.

The ladies of Tot Soft Play will be out to host an awesome playdate for littles!! Let your little one's play and explore in a ball pit, jump house, and more fun together after the mommy and me stroller class! This set up is loved by all and we can't wait to party with your little one's!

Orange you pumped for Pumpkin Strides?! Be sure to bring a medium sized pumpkin to class. We'll squat, press, and pass the pumpkins to get in a great themed workout. After class, the kiddos can participate in a pumpkin wash! They'll scrub and clean those pumpkins and have a lot of fun in the process.

Trick or treat, smell my feet, give us something good to eat! It's one of our favorite traditions...the annual FIT4MOM Fort Worth Stroller Trick or Treat class! We'll have some themed fun while getting in a great workout. After class, kiddos can trick or treat from stroller to stroller. Feel free to wear costumes or decorate strollers! Bring an allergy free treat or toy to share. We can't wait!
