Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!


FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility, and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts and a private group for your pregnancy fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.


Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.


Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength, and to round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!


Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you're training for a specific running goal, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running, as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you'll receive email support, accountability, and encouragement from your Run Club+ Coach.

You have the choice to train for a 5K, 10K, or run with no particular goal distance.

We will meet twice a week:
Tuesdays at 5:30am for a 60-minute Speed, Agility, and Endurance class
Saturdays at 6:30am for a group long run


Join us for an 8-week session, training for a 5K,10K, or running just for fun!

Run Club meets on Wednesdays at 5:30 AM for a 60-minute endurance and strength-training class.

Saturday gatherings at 6:30 AM be group runs with the support and guidance of our Run Club coaches.

This Fall Run Club ends with the Pumpkin Spice Run in Fort Worth. This race is optional and the cost is not covered by FIT4MOM Fort Worth. FIT4MOM HQ is also offering a virtual race during this time as another option to put your training into practice.

All walking and running levels are welcome!


If you're expecting or have a baby 0-12 months, join us for New Mama Cafe.

This is a laid-back, come-and-go gathering to connect with other women in a similar stage of motherhood.


Book4Mom is a free gathering that will delve into fictional books from different authors across the globe. Join us to discuss complex characters and how we can connect their fictional experiences to real life (as well as other books). We will have a pre-selected book to read every 6 weeks, allowing mamas time to find their copy in the library or second-hand bookstore as well as to get cozy with each book. Spots will be limited to ensure that we have sufficient time for our discussions and to create a comfortable environment where each member can openly share their thoughts.
