Run Club 10k - Winter 2020

Join us for an eight-week training for a 10k to kick off the new year.

We will meet every Tuesday morning for a 60-minute cardio Strides360 class to focus on speed, agility, and endurance.

Saturdays we will meet up for our long runs. We will run the same route, but everyone is welcome to go at their own pace! These runs will be stroller-friendly and the whole family is welcome to come. We will slowly build up mileage each week to prepare for the Cowtown 10k. The Cowtown 10k is NOT included in this price and race participation is not required.

All running levels are welcome.
