FREE Body Boost



What is Body Boost?

Body Boost is a 60-minute workout combining cardio, strength, and core movements. We finished up with meditation to leave you refreshed and recharged for motherhood.

Who can come?

This class is open to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

We recommend clearance from your care provider if you have injuries or need extra support from a pelvic PT before attending a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class like Body Boost. If you are new in your postpartum journey, find your fit in one of our stroller classes.

Can I bring my kids?

Kiddos stay at home. Body Boost is a chance for women to show up for themselves and one another. If you're looking for a class to bring your kids with you, check out Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360.
