Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give mamas a total-body workout.
Each Body Back Transformation Session provides initial and final fitness assessments, weigh-ins, measurements, and pictures so you can see your transformation throughout the 8 weeks. You will receive access to new online HIIT workouts, an entire digital Body Back recipe book, personal coaching, and group accountability.
