Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Do you ever dream of completing a half marathon, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!!

This 12 Week Half Marathon training program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group and you are welcome to bring your whole family to the group runs! You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

We will meet twice per week for group runs, one for interval/speed training and the other for long runs. Our group runs will take place on the following days:

Wednesday mornings 5:30-6:30am at Trimble Tech High School Track and Saturday mornings at 6:30am at Clearfork Trailhead.

Attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week. You will receive a training guide to complete additional runs throughout the week.

At FIT4MOM Fort Worth, community is our top priority. Run Club provides a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal! You will also be added to a private Facebook page for the group to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc

We will be training for the Cowtown Half Marathon on February 25th, 2018. The race is optional and the race registration fee is not included in the FIT4MOM Fort Worth Run Club Half Marathon Training price. Those participating in the race will pay the race registration fee directly to Cowtown Marathon.
