Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give mamas a total-body workout.

Each Body Back Transformation Session provides initial and final fitness assessments, weigh-ins, measurements, and professional pictures so you can see your transformation throughout the 8 weeks. You will receive access to new online HIIT workouts, an entire digital Body Back recipe book, personal coaching, and group accountability.

We are excited to offer a Body Back Membership Session #24 specifically for mamas who have completed Body Back Transformation and met their goals. This session will specifically focus on providing maintainance through twice a week HIIT workouts. There will not be assessments, pictures, nutrition, homework assignments. Show up, work hard, encourage each other, and return to your family refreshed.
