Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give mamas a total-body workout.
Each Body Back Transformation Session provides initial and final fitness assessments, weigh-ins, measurements, and professional pictures so you can see your transformation throughout the 8 weeks. You will receive access to new online HIIT workouts, an entire digital Body Back recipe book, personal coaching, and group accountability.more
This Eight Week Session is for women who have completed a Body Back Transformation Session, met their goals, and are wanting maintenance workouts. This session provides twice a week, in person HIIT workouts. There are not pictures, measurements, fitness assessments, nutrition, or outside of class homework assignments.more
